Last planted ten years ago, these borders either side of the steps needed a complete overhaul. So with advice from @taramacdonalddesign we lifted all plants, deleting many, propagating some favourites, buying in a few, and re-planted with just ten. Aster, calamagrostis, calaminta, deschampsia, gaura, persicaria, sanguisorba, sedum, stachys, veronicastrum. #borders #plants #selection #naturalistic #overhaul #propagation #sussex #weald #newlook
